2-5 business daysProduction times
Products are made to order, by hand in South Tyrol. Standard production time is about 30 days from the date of payment. During some periods it may be extended: in that case we'll notify you.
Delivery times
Once production is complete, your order ships by courier. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from dispatch, with a tracking code.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for all orders over €600. For lower amounts, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.
Packaging
Each shelf is carefully packed in its original packaging to arrive in perfect condition.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Times and costs may vary by destination country. For international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
