How to measure
Taking the right measurements is simple. Follow these steps to choose the perfect shelf for your space, from 20 cm up to 2 metres.
Get a tape measure
Use a tape measure and, if possible, ask someone to help you.
Measure the space
Measure the available width on the wall where you want the shelf.
Note the measurements
Write down width, and if needed height and depth, in centimetres.
Width
This is the most important measurement. Measure the horizontal space available on the wall, leaving a margin if you want space on the sides. Choose a width between 20 cm and 2 metres.
Height and depth
For some models you can also choose height and depth. Consider the items you want to place (bottles, towels) to pick the right depth.
Wall or shower position
Check where you'll mount the shelf: tiled wall, niche or shower enclosure. Measure tight spaces such as niches carefully.
Double-check
Always measure twice before ordering. A small measurement error can make a difference, as the shelf is made exactly to your dimensions.
