Ordering methods and acceptance of the General Conditions

SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim), in any case, reserves the right to modify product information to match that provided by the manufacturers, without prior notice. By submitting a purchase order using one of the various methods provided, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe, in his or her dealings with SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim), these General Conditions of Sale illustrated below, declaring that he or she has read and accepted all the information provided by him or her, and also acknowledging that SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) does not consider itself bound by different conditions unless previously agreed in writing between the parties.

The contract stipulated between SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) and the Customer shall be deemed concluded with the sending of the order to SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim), which reserves, in any case, the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order, even partially.

Acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. The Customer is always required to provide his or her contact details, under penalty of non-fulfilment/nullity of the order received, at the sole discretion of SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim).

SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) confirms receipt of the order by sending a reply to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the date and time the order was received and a "Customer Order Number," which must be used in all further communications with SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim). The message will contain all the information entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections.

SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) reserves the right to refuse orders from any Customer with whom a dispute has arisen in relation to one or more previously placed orders, or if SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) believes, in good faith, that the Customer has violated these General Conditions or is engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason that SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) may deem legitimate.

In the event of non-acceptance of the order, SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) undertakes to promptly notify the Customer. The Customer can check the status of his or her order by accessing the dedicated web area under "Order Status."
