All prices published on the website https://sizze.it/ are indicated in euros and are intended as public prices including VAT in force pro tempore. SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.

Order methods and acceptance of the General Conditions

SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ), in any case, reserves the right to modify the product information, to adapt it to that provided by the producers, without the need for any prior notice. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and may differ in colour, size and accessory products present in the figure. All information supporting the purchase is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of each individual product. The Customer, by sending his purchase order in the various ways provided, accepts and undertakes to observe, in his relations with SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ), these General Conditions of Sale illustrated below, declaring that they have read and accepted all the information provided by him, also acknowledging that SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga) does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing between the parties.

The contract stipulated between SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) and the Customer must be considered concluded with the sending of the order to SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ), who reserves, in any case, the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order, even partially.

Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer, who is always required to communicate his contact details, under penalty of inexecution/nullity of the order received, at the sole discretion of SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga) .

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) by means of a response sent to the (email) address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of receipt of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ). The message presents all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections.

SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) reserves the right to refuse orders from Customers with whom a dispute has arisen in relation to one or more orders previously placed, or in the event that SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) believes, in good faith, that the Customer has violated these General Conditions or is engaged in fraudulent activities or for any other reason that SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) can consider legitimate.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) undertakes to promptly communicate to the Customer. The Customer will be able to check the status of his order by accessing the web area dedicated to him under "Order status".

On the website https://sizze.it/ you can see all the products available at the time of the order. Since the possible simultaneous access and the possibility of simultaneous "online" orders modify the availability of the product, SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered product.

Order management

Any order placed on the website " https://sizze.it/ presupposes the provision, at the time of the order itself, of exact information, such as: surname, name, or company, telephone and fax number, e-mail address, address billing and delivery address. At the end of the order procedure, you will be asked to accept the entirety of the General Conditions and those relating to Privacy.

For each Customer, upon placing the first order, it is necessary to create an account in order to save the billing and delivery data which may be useful for a subsequent order. In the event of a dispute between SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) and a Customer, with reference to an operation carried out on the website "https://amabilejewels.it/, the data recorded by SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) will constitute full proof between the parties of the content of the operation.

The Customer is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of the purchase contract and the related further communications for him. Right of withdrawal

All products purchased through https://sizze.it/ can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To return what you purchased, you must complete a return request and send it to sizzeofficialshelves@gmail.com

The right of withdrawal cannot, however, be exercised by the Consumer in the case of the purchase of Gift Vouchers or in relation to items which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned.

In addition to what is provided for by current legislation, SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) extends to its customers the possibility of making a return without shipping costs paid by the customer, within 30 days. Contractual termination, express termination clause, exclusion of liability

SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) reserves the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the Customer indicating the reason. In this case the Customer will only have the right to a refund of any sum already paid.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages, and in particular, by way of example, for loss of business, profit or opportunities deriving from or consequent to the purchase of products on the website https://sizze.it/, to people and/or things, connected to the execution and/or non-acceptance, even partial, of an order and this also for reasons of lack of stock or unavailability of products.

No responsibility can be attributed to SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) for delayed or failed delivery attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to the products purchased.

Conditions

The conditions contained in this document may be updated and/or modified by SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ), without any notice and valid from the date of publication on the website https://sizze.it/, with effect exclusively for contracts yet to be stipulated and not for those already in progress at the time of the changes. In these cases, the Customer undertakes and obliges, whenever there is a modification to these General Conditions, to ensure that they are printed and stored.

These GCS constitute intellectual property protected by copyright. Its use, even partial, by third parties for commercial purposes is not permitted. Any violations will be criminally prosecuted

Warranty

All products sold by SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24 month warranty (12 months in case of purchase with invoice) for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the receipt he will receive.

The 24 month guarantee

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee, in compliance with the Legislative Decree. N. 24/92, is reserved only for private consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In case of lack of conformity, SIZZE.IT ( Pratiuc Olga ) will restore the conformity of the product through repair/replacement or reduce the price, at no cost to the Customer, until the contract is terminated.
