Shipping policy

Goods are shipped via carrier to the address provided by the Customer. Orders are processed taking into account the shipping address provided.

If the courier returns the goods to the seller due to the impossibility of delivery to the customer, the costs of the unsuccessful shipment will be borne by the customer. This does not apply if the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, unless the circumstances preventing delivery are not attributable to the customer or if the customer was temporarily unable to accept the service offered, unless the seller had notified them in advance of the performance of such service.

Pick-up by the customer is not provided.
