**Extended Return Policy**
SIZZE.IT, as a further form of protection and attention to its customers, extends the legal obligations for return procedures from 14 to 30 days.
The products must be returned:
- Properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
- Equipped with the transport document present in the original packaging, in order to allow SIZZE.IT to identify the Consumer (order number, name, surname and address).
The refund will be made only if the returned goods are perfectly intact and have not suffered damage during transport from the customer to our headquarters. SIZZE.IT will accept the returned goods reserving any refund only after checking that the products have been returned in their original condition, unused and with the original packaging intact.
